Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags attached.

Change of Mind

For change-of-mind returns, we offer exchange or store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where required under UAE consumer protection law. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery where possible, along with photos, by contacting us at {{ email }}.
